What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if damaged in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as used products, custom products, or specialized products. Please note that we do not offer return shipping labels.

Refunds

We will notifiy you once we have received and inspected your item then let you know whether or not you have been approved for a refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for charges to reflect on your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple forms of payment. Visa, Debit, Mastercard, Paypal, and Stripe. 

How long do orders take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, however, they may ship quicker. If delayed for any reason America DeFleur will reach out to you directly. 

International orders take 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery.
